John Caldarella, Jr. founded Commercial Insurance Associates (CIA) with one goal in mind - to serve the people of Connecticut. John got his start in the insurance industry working under his father and mentor, John Caldarella Sr. Through the help and guidance of his father, John branched off and opened CIA in 1977. CIA now has its 4th generation of family insurance professionals who are dedicated to serving the people of Connecticut and providing them with peace of mind.
